This form is used to submit a possible software problem report only.

Please review our Bug Fixes list to see if your particular issue or problem has already been reported and fixed.  An update for problems and issues that have already been reported and fixed can be downloaded from our Software Downloads page.

Please review our FAQ's and your online help in Answers, which is available by choosing Help from the pull-down menu bar or by clicking on the help icon to see if the problem or issue you are having already has a solution.  Software problem reports that are not actually software problems will still be responded to, but standard technical support service fees will apply.  Please review our Technical Support Policy to be aware of these possible charges before submitting this form.
